- 1 large can chicken broth
- 6 to 8 potatoes, scrubbed and chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 to 3 celery stalks, sliced
- mushrooms
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- parsley
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
Method
- Cook potatoes, onion, carrots and celery in chicken broth. Add corn and seasonings.
- Make white sauce from butter, flour and milk.
- Add to cooked vegetables.
- Add cheese.
