Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated three cheese tortellini
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
  • 6 large lettuce leaves

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Place in large bowl.
  • Add peppers, cheese and pepperoni; mix lightly.
  • Add dressing; toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves just before serving; fill with pasta mixture.
