Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated three cheese tortellini
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 6 large lettuce leaves
Method
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add peppers, cheese and pepperoni; mix lightly.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves just before serving; fill with pasta mixture.
