Ingredients

  • 1 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 150 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 2 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (celery, carrots, cauliflower and red peppers) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 4 slices Italian bread (1 inch thick), cut into 1-inch cubes

Method

  • Place pasta sauce in medium microwaveable bowl; cover with paper towel.
  • Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  • Stir in Velveeta and Parmesan cheese.
  • Microwave 2-1/2 min.
  • or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  • This should be adult assisted as bowl may be hot.
  • Serve with vegetables and bread cubes as dippers.
