Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 leg quarters, boiled and deboned
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. green bell pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated mild Cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in a little butter.
  • Mix all ingredients and pour in a large baking dish (or 2 small dishes).
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
