Ingredients
- 3 or 4 leg quarters, boiled and deboned
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated mild Cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in a little butter.
- Mix all ingredients and pour in a large baking dish (or 2 small dishes).
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
