Ingredients
- 8 med. potatoes, peeled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4 lb. butter, softened
- Dash garlic salt
- dash pepper
- 1/2 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Method
- Cook potatoes until done, then mash.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, seasoning, and onion.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a 2 1/2 quart buttered casserole.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Yield 8-10 servings.
