- 8 manicotti shells
- 16 conchiglioni shells
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and fill noodle shells with about 2 tablespoons.
- Cover with 2 cups of spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
