Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Wieners, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (17 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add franks, green peppers, onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.
