Ingredients
- 1 bag of your favorite frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower work best!)
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded parmesean cheese
- 1 large can Durkee onions
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until all vegetables are well coated, reserving 1/3 can of Durkee onions. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining onions over the mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
