Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup graham crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 pkg. Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup each blueberries and raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. icing sugar

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min.
  • or until centre is almost set.
  • Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Spread with Cool Whip and berries.
  • Dust with icing sugar just before serving.
