Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 lb.) frozen crinkle-cut French fries
Method
- In a skillet brown beef onions and pepper; drain.
- Stir in soups.
- Pour into a greased 13x9x2 in.
- baking dish.
- Arrange French fries on top.
- Bake uncoovered at 350F degrees for 50 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
