Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut each tomato into 3 thick slices.
- Broil on one side and turn.
- Mix cheeses; add salt and pepper.
- Spread generously on tomato slices.
- Broil until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serves 6.
