Ingredients
- 10 green peppers
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. cracker crumbs
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Method
- Slice the top off each pepper.
- Wash and core the peppers. Parboil for 5 minutes.
