Ingredients
- 4 doz. cheese ravioli
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. crab (preferably backfin) or imitation crab
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook ravioli according to package directions al dente. Drain. In a small skillet, saut garlic in oil over medium heat until it is pale gold, about 1 to 2 minutes, being careful not to burn it. Set aside.
