Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. block cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cream potatoes.
- Add first margarine, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
- Grate cheese and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until
- melted, about 10 minutes at 450°.
