Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
- 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
- 2 to 3 sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Combine cheeses with bacon and onion in a large bowl.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Shape into a ball.
- Combine reserved bacon and nuts.
- Roll ball in bacon/nut mixture.
- Chill several hours to blend flavors.
- Serve with crackers.
