Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs Brussels Sprouts thinly sliced
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic; thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In large jelly-roll pan, toss Brussels sprouts, olive oil, fresh thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread evenly.
- Roast: 20 minutes, stirring once
- Toss: with red wine vinegar and cheese.
