Ingredients

  • 1 block Velveeta cheese
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can enchilada sauce (mild)
  • 1 small can chili (no beans)

Method

  • Brown the ground beef in a large pan.
  • While the ground beef is cooking, cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes.
  • After the ground beef is cooked, drain.
  • Put ground beef back into pan and put Velveeta cheese in with the ground beef on medium heat. add the enchilada sauce and chili.
  • Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with nacho chips.
