Ingredients
- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1 small can chili (no beans)
Method
- Brown the ground beef in a large pan.
- While the ground beef is cooking, cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes.
- After the ground beef is cooked, drain.
- Put ground beef back into pan and put Velveeta cheese in with the ground beef on medium heat. add the enchilada sauce and chili.
- Stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
- Serve with nacho chips.
