Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
- 1 (1 lb.) roll sausage
Method
- Slowly melt the entire block of Velveeta cheese.
- Cook sausage, breaking apart until very crumbly; drain.
- Add sausage to melted Velveeta; mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch (slightly oiled or use Pam) and put into refrigerator.
- When chilled and set, cut into cracker-sized cubes.
- Good with any type of snack crackers.
