Ingredients
- 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cream
- 6 eggs
Method
- Cream the cream cheese and sugar together.
- Add 1 egg at a time, then the cream.
- Blend well, then add vanilla and almond. Mix 3 tablespoons flour, salt and grated lemon peel; add to creamed mixture.
- Pour into graham cracker lined pan (spring-form).
- Bake in a 500° oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 200° and bake for 70 to 75 minutes.
- Test with silver knife; should come out fairly clean.
- Refrigerate.
- When cool, top with a can of pie filling or fresh fruit.
