Ingredients

  • 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 6 eggs

Method

  • Cream the cream cheese and sugar together.
  • Add 1 egg at a time, then the cream.
  • Blend well, then add vanilla and almond. Mix 3 tablespoons flour, salt and grated lemon peel; add to creamed mixture.
  • Pour into graham cracker lined pan (spring-form).
  • Bake in a 500° oven for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 200° and bake for 70 to 75 minutes.
  • Test with silver knife; should come out fairly clean.
  • Refrigerate.
  • When cool, top with a can of pie filling or fresh fruit.
