Ingredients
- 6 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Leave cream cheese out overnight to soften.
- Cream the cheese, sugar and eggs until nice and creamy.
- Add vanilla.
- Line spring-form pan with graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake in 300° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar and pour over cheese cake that has been baked.
- Cook another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Place in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. May garnish with strawberry glaze.
- I just serve cherry or strawberry pie filling on the side.
