Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can fruit pie filling
Method
- Put all ingredients in blender (except pie filling) .
- Mix 5 minutes, 2 minutes on puree.
- Butter glass dish; put fruit on bottom.
- Pour in mixture.
- Top with a little cinnamon.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
