Ingredients
- 2 large cream cheese (soft)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 grated peel from fresh lemon
- juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
- 8 eggs (blend 1 egg at a time)
- 1 large sour cream
Method
- Mix all.
- Use spring-form pan.
- Grease pan with melted butter. Roll crushed graham crackers around pan.
- Fill pan with mixture and place in another pan.
- Pour water in outside pan until there is 1/2 inch of water standing in pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake is lightly browned.
