Ingredients
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. processed sharp Cheddar cheese (Imperial brand)
- 3 jars Blue cheese spread
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cream and blend the Cheddar cheese with the Blue cheese.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and onion.
- Put in small bowl.
- Cover and let it age for 6 hours. Shape in ball. Roll in pecans and parsley. Wrap in wax paper and chill before serving.
