Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dried, minced onions
- 1/2 c. Blue cheese dressing
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. beef lunch meat or small jar dried beef
- parsley or celery flakes
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients together well.
- With wax paper, form mixture into a ball.
- Set aside.
- Finely chop the beef.
- Roll cheese ball in chopped beef, completely covering ball.
- Cover well and refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with parsley or celery flakes. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
