Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. dried, minced onions
  • 1/2 c. Blue cheese dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. beef lunch meat or small jar dried beef
  • parsley or celery flakes

Method

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together well.
  • With wax paper, form mixture into a ball.
  • Set aside.
  • Finely chop the beef.
  • Roll cheese ball in chopped beef, completely covering ball.
  • Cover well and refrigerate overnight.
  • Garnish with parsley or celery flakes. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
