- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 Tbsp. green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. pimento
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
- dash of cayenne pepper
Method
- Cream the cream cheese.
- Grate Cheddar in the cream cheese and mix well (use fork).
- In another bowl, mix onion, green pepper, pimento, jalapeno pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
- Pour into cheese mixture and mix well.
- Let chill about 2 hours.
- Take out, make 2 balls.
- Roll in pecans.
