Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 Tbsp. green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Method

  • Cream the cream cheese.
  • Grate Cheddar in the cream cheese and mix well (use fork).
  • In another bowl, mix onion, green pepper, pimento, jalapeno pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
  • Pour into cheese mixture and mix well.
  • Let chill about 2 hours.
  • Take out, make 2 balls.
  • Roll in pecans.
