Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- garlic, finely minced
- pecans, chopped
Method
- Grate
- the
- cheese
- and
- combine
- with
- softened
- cream cheese,
- preferably
- in electric mixer.
- If too stiff to blend well,
- add
- little
- cream
- or
- milk.
- Add
- grated onion and Worcestershire and a little finely minced garlic; mix well and allow
- to stand in refrigerator for several hours.
- Shape into balls
- (this recipe will make 2 large balls or 3 medium balls) and roll in chopped pecans.
- Chill again and serve with crisp crackers.
