Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • garlic, finely minced
  • pecans, chopped

Method

  • Grate
  • the
  • cheese
  • and
  • combine
  • with
  • softened
  • cream cheese,
  • preferably
  • in electric mixer.
  • If too stiff to blend well,
  • add
  • little
  • cream
  • or
  • milk.
  • Add
  • grated onion and Worcestershire and a little finely minced garlic; mix well and allow
  • to stand in refrigerator for several hours.
  • Shape into balls
  • (this recipe will make 2 large balls or 3 medium balls) and roll in chopped pecans.
  • Chill again and serve with crisp crackers.
