Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 5 oz. jar of Old English cheese
  • 1/2 5 oz. jar of Roka or blue cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced or grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. ground pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • extra ground pecans and parsley to roll balls in

Method

  • Have ingredients at room temperature.
  • Mash the cheeses with a fork.
  • Mix in onion, pecans and parsley.
  • Chill for 2 hours. Form into a ball or make small 1 inch balls.
  • Roll balls in a mixture of chopped pecans and parsley.
  • Put toothpicks in small balls.
  • Serve with favorite crackers.
