Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 5 oz. jar of Old English cheese
- 1/2 5 oz. jar of Roka or blue cheese
- 1/2 c. minced or grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. ground pecans
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- extra ground pecans and parsley to roll balls in
Method
- Have ingredients at room temperature.
- Mash the cheeses with a fork.
- Mix in onion, pecans and parsley.
- Chill for 2 hours. Form into a ball or make small 1 inch balls.
- Roll balls in a mixture of chopped pecans and parsley.
- Put toothpicks in small balls.
- Serve with favorite crackers.
