Ingredients
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Soften cheese and gradually mix in pineapple.
- Add 1/2 cup pecans, onion and salt.
- Chill well before forming a ball.
- Roll in remaining pecans.
