Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
Method
- Saute pepper, pimento and onion until tender in margarine. Add to cream and Cheddar cheese.
- Blend with mixer until smooth. Roll in chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate (covered).
- Leave out several hours to soften.
