Ingredients
- 1/2 c. prepared Ranch dressing (from dry mix)
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- pecans, finely chopped
- 1 red cherry
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except nuts and cherry.
- They are easy to mix if cheeses are at room temperature.
- But, if you are in a hurry, you can microwave them for a minute or two.
- Place mixture in freezer after placing plastic wrap over bowl.
- Let set for 30 minutes, then shape in ball.
- Roll in nuts; garnish with one cherry if you have it on hand.
