Ingredients
- 10 tortillas
- approximately 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 c. onion, grated fine
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika and salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Make cheese sauce; melt margarine.
- Blend in flour, seasoning and milk.
- Stir constantly until bubbling.
- Sauce will be thick. Blend in cheese.
