Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese (or more if you like)
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 12 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 14 cup butter, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease 8 inch square pan.
  • Mix all ingredients except for topping and put in prepared pan.
  • (I just mix right in the pan).
  • Mix topping ingredients together.
  • Sprinkle on top.
  • Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
