Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Method
- Melt butter or margarine in pan.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Shake chicken in mixture and cook each side about 15 minutes.
- Add soup, onion, basil and water to chicken.
- Cover and cook on low heat about 45 minutes or until done.
