Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 1-1/2 cups peeled cubed chayotes (1 inch), cooked

- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
Method
- Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
