Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. large shrimp
Method
- Shell and devein raw shrimp.
- "Butterfly" the shrimp by making a cut and splitting the thickest part.
- Wash the shrimp and place it in a shallow baking dish.
