Ingredients

  • 8 c. coked chicken, diced
  • 4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 (9 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped (optional)
  • 1 c. pecans, roasted
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. salad dressing
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Mix the chicken, celery, mushrooms, pecans and bacon together and set aside.
  • In separate bowl, mix salad dressing, sour cream, salt and lemon juice together.
  • Combine both bowls and mix thoroughly.
  • Chill well before serving.
