Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can water
Method
- Pour rice over bottom of roasting pan.
- Place chicken parts over rice.
- Mix cans of soup and water and distribute evenly over chicken slowly.
- Sprinkle with salt and dry onion mix.
- Cover; cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes (don't peek) at 350°.
