Ingredients
- 2 c. (1/2-inch) celery pieces
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. water
Method
- Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve over sliced tomatoes, salad greens or spinach.
- Can make 24 hours before and refrigerate. Stir before serving.
