Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle cubes
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
Method
- Cook potatoes in water.
- Cover in saucepan until tender; drain.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cool.
- Combine potatoes with remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix gently.
