Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless stew meat (beef)
- 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
- 2 or 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 or 3 carrots, cleaned and sliced
Method
- Place all ingredients in a large Dutch oven or iron pot.
- Salt lightly as soup is very salty.
- Pepper to taste.
- Bake at 250° for 4 hours until meat is fork-tender.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
