Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Brussels sprouts
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed onions
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
  • 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Method

  • Wash cauliflower.
  • Break into flowerets.
  • Cook covered in small amount of boiling salted water, about 10 minutes.
  • Cook Brussels sprouts and onions according to directions.
  • Combine all vegetables in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish.
