- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Brussels sprouts
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Method
- Wash cauliflower.
- Break into flowerets.
- Cook covered in small amount of boiling salted water, about 10 minutes.
- Cook Brussels sprouts and onions according to directions.
- Combine all vegetables in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish.
