Ingredients
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 oz. jar pimento
- 1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Mix the first 5 ingredients.
- Pour into casserole.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Crush crackers and sprinkle over cheese.
- Melt margarine.
- Spread over crackers.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
