Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried, cooled and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Break up lettuce and put in large bowl.
  • Break up cauliflower in small pieces and layer over lettuce.
  • Spread mayonnaise over cauliflower.
  • Add crumbled bacon and spread evenly over mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle sugar over mixture and, lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
  • Make the day before and cover with Saran Wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • Mix completely about 1/2 hour before serving.
