Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 lb. bacon, fried, cooled and crumbled
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Break up lettuce and put in large bowl.
- Break up cauliflower in small pieces and layer over lettuce.
- Spread mayonnaise over cauliflower.
- Add crumbled bacon and spread evenly over mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle sugar over mixture and, lastly, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
- Make the day before and cover with Saran Wrap.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Mix completely about 1/2 hour before serving.
