Ingredients
- 16 ounces cauliflower
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
Method
- Peheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook cauliflower as you normally would.
- In another pan, combine Velveeta and Condensed soup over medium heat until the cheese is melted.
- Combine cooked cauliflower and cheese sauce in a greased casserole dish.
- Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
