Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 cup Sliced/slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashew Pieces
  • 1 cup Large Raisins
  • 3/4 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar

Method

  • Mix together the maple syrup, vegetable oil and salt.
  • Add quick oats, sliced/slivered almonds, cashew pieces, raisins, coconut and brown sugar.
  • Stir it up and spread on the biggest sheet pan you've got.
  • Cook at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before storing.
  • Serve with a big ol' dollop of yogurt. Now THAT'S the way to start your day!
