Ingredients
- 2 cans carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Bring carrots to a boil; drain.
- Add tomato soup; add other ingredients.
- Marinate at least 24 hours in refrigerator before serving.
