Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 pkg. dried onion soup mix
- 2 lb. cut up chicken parts
Method
- Mix rice, 2 cans soup and 1/2 can water.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Add chicken parts on top.
- Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 package dried onion soup mix.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
