Ingredients
- 1/4 c. finely diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. diced carrots, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook onion in hot oil until limp.
- Stir in carrots, milk, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat, stirring gently until sauce coats the carrots and is slightly thickened.
