Ingredients
- 6 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- water
Method
- Soak the raisins for a few minutes in water; drain.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the cider vinegar and sugar.
- Pour over carrots; toss well.
