Ingredients
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 lb. cooked carrots or 2 cans sliced carrots (about 5 c.)
Method
- Mix ingredients and pour over carrots.
- Chill for 12 hours. Will keep in fridge 2 weeks.
- Serve chilled.
